Species details:

Note: The hind wings are yellow with a black crescent spot; the abdomen is bright red. Like many species in this family it immobilises and "acts dead" when handled, or alternately raises the wings and curls the abdomen to display warning colours.
Distribution: Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa.
