Description:
|
Perennial herb from a short subspherical rhizome. Leaf sheaths rolled together to form a pseudostem; ligule membranous, to 5 mm. or more in length. Flowers c. 6 on each peduncle; peduncles very short; appearing before the leaves. Corolla tube and petals pink; labellum mostly white with yellow nectar guides, occasionally pink or purple. |
