Description:
Robust terrestrial herb to 1 m tall. Stem leafy. Inflorescence 11-24 cm long, densely many-flowered. Flowers green. Dorsal sepal 6-11 mm long, erect, ovate; lateral sepals obliquely lanceolate to ovate. Petals erect, twisted and folded in the middle with a distinct acute apex. Lip 3-lobed with an undivided basal part; spur 5-15 mm long, pendent, cylindric.

Habitat: Montane grassland, usually in drier places.
