Pods large, very broad and flattened off, sickle shaped, light green, apex rounded, base tapering. Dry woodlands. White loamy sand. Uncommon.2

Stem: two or three, straight, thin, growing upwards. Bark: smooth, green. Fruit/seed: green, 30-40mm broad, 150mm long, pod-shaped, single, smooth, seed clearly seen in pod. Sap: none. Other: slender dwarf shrub, few branches. Seems to grow anew from rootstock every year. Lots of fires there.2
