Description: |
Tree up to 12 m of more high, evergreen, glabrous. Branches erect in young trees, lower branches pendulous in mature trees. Leaves opposite, borne on short spurs, stiff and leathery. Sexes on separate trees (dioeceous). Flowers borne on cushions at the nodes, petals yellow. Fruit and orange drupe, with a single seed. |
