Description:
Erect usually unbranched herb to 35 cm tall. Leaves simple; petiole 0-5 mm long; lamina variable in shape from linear to obovate, pubescent; base cuneate to rounded. Flowers borne in umbels. Corolla 14-20 mm long; the inflated base indistinct, whitish to pale green; tube narrowing gradually upwards; lobes linear, white or greyish outside, black to brown above and within. Corona shallowly cupular with 5 shallow pouches.
