Leaflets very variable, often long-acuminate. Inflorescences spicate (in ours). Flowers with (4-)5 greenish petals. Stamens (4-)5. Ovary 2-locular. Styles 2. Worldwide: 25 species in tropical and southern Africa and the Mascarene Is Zambia: 3 taxa. |
