Notes: Vine with leaves in the characteristic lance shape of some Ipomoea. Smaller leaves than Ipomoea aquatica. Small flowers that are violet-pink in the middle and white on the edges. One solid "petal" goes all the way around the flower rather than having divided petals. Fruits are round and green with a pronged crown at the base.
