Notes: 180 cm high; Shrub; Notes: Shrub, 180cm high. Flowers: cream to pink, 20mm, pea-shaped, very sweet smelling, clustered, smooth. Stem: many, straight, thin, growing upwards. Bark: rough, glandular, dark brown with glands. Sap: none. Other: very thick shrub with low branches, feather-like growth form. Many ants on plant - nectar and/or glandular secretions. Feels sticky. Filed at WIND under Baphia massaiensis massaiensis but that subsp. is restricted to Tanzania
