Notes: Geophyte; Notes: Bulb, plentiful. Leaves 6, broad 45 mm, green to glaucous, glabrous. Sterile-ethnobotanical voucher specimen: Govo (Kwe)=leaves cooked and eaten like spinach. Bulb not eaten (only by porcupines!).
