Notes: Shrub; Notes: Herbaceous shrub. Flowers outer ray florets purple, flowers carried on growth tip. Stigma light purple to cream colour. Leaves alternate, with smaller leaved interpetioler, velvety, veins prominent on underside, margin serrate. Stem covered in long fine hair. Growing in sandy clay. Rare.
