Description:
Spreading perennial herb with prostrate stems. Leaves 1-3-foliolate, often 2-foliolate with terminal leaflet broadly oblong-elliptic to obovate, 14-70 mm long, covered in whitish hairs. Flowers in dense axillary racemes, up to 7 cm long, rarely longer. Flowers carmine-pink. Pod spreading or reflexed, 6-12 mm long, constricted at intervals, densely greyish hairy, with an upcurved apical beak.
