Erect or spreading annual, hairless herb 3.5–50 cm tall or long. Leaves 4–10-foliolate; leaflets oblong, elliptic or obovate-oblong, 4–12 mm long, margin very finely toothed; petiole and rhachis together 5–9 mm long; petiolules 0.5 mm long; stipules lanceolate, 3–10 mm long, persistent. Flowers in small, few flowered axillary heads. Standard pale yellow, 3–4 × 1.5–2 mm. Fruit of 8–11 articles arranged in a spiral 4–5 mm in diameter. |
