Description:
Erect or ascending woody perennial herb, up to 2 m tall.Leaves broadly ovate or elliptic-rhombic 2-6 cm long, mostly with sessile glands on both surfaces; margin variable, obscurely to distinctly serrate or crenate; petiole less than 10 mm long. Infloresce with many up to 7-flowered verticils, upper ones crowded together, lower ones well spaced. Corolla 8-12 mm long, white, cream or pale yellowish-green.

Habitat: In woodland, upland grassland and along forest margins.
Altitude range: 1100 - 2500 m
