Perennial herb with short annual unbranched stems, up to 40 cm, growing from a slender creeping woody rhizome. The inflorescences are 1 to 3 flowered, axillary in the lower nodes, sometimes flowering before the leaves appear. (image 2). Flowers greenish-white to yellow. |
