Description: |
Annual herb to 30 cm. Stems white woolly-tomentose, especially below. Leaves up to 10 × 6 cm, but often much smaller, variable, simple and palmately lobed (the lobes themselves lobed or dentate) or lyrate-pinnatifid, auriculate, green above, markedly white woolly-tomentose beneath. Inflorescence branched, laxly corymbose. Flowers yellow. Capitula 5-7 mm; ray florets present, yellow. Achenes black, flattened, hairy. |
