Description: |
A deciduous tree up to 30 m. tall, flowering while leafless. Bark smooth with longitudinal striations, lenticels and spine-tipped transverse ridges. Leaflets thin-leathery, smooth; petiole and main veins of leaflets sometimes armed with prickles. |
