Description:
|
Leaf held erect, lamina broadly ovate, the base cordate. The inflorescence a raceme with up to 17 flowers, the buds erect, the flowers nodding. Tepals 6, pale blue; anthers yellow. |

Notes:
|
The species has been grown in Lusaka for many years, on well drained, shallow soil requiring little attention, but in a rocky site inaccessible to molerats. |
