Description:
Terrestrial herb, up to 1m tall. Flowers many, densely packed in conical spikes, which appear white. Flowers white with the median sepal and petals sometimes yellow. Bracts white at the margins near apex.

Madagascar

Derivation of specific name: trinerve: 3-veined
Habitat: In vleis and at the margins of damp woodland.
